I don't normally take anything during the growing season, when I'm getting lots of fresh, organically grown fruits and vegetables from my garden, but I do take a one-a-day vitamin supplement in the winter. I see it has 200% of DV for Vitamin C (120 mg) and 175% of DV for vitamin D (700iu). We Oregonians especially don't get anywhere near enough vitamin D in our rainy, cloudy winters.

Yeah might be good for you to add some extra Vit D in the winter.
