It absolutely works! I use it in my nebulizer when I get any type of congestion as in my case sinus and chest due to asthma. I no longer need steroids for an asthma flare. Patience and every hour on the hour when I get really sick. Within 24 hours I’ve turned the corner. For added nasal remedy simultaneously I’ll use SNOOT. This the first year I’ve not been sick and I contribute it to nebulizing peroxide with saline.

I used this method a couple of days ago as I felt a viral infection starting up and my grandson spiked a 102 fever… I used a greater dilution but the effect was great… body aches were gone and the sensitivities I was feeling in my throat and tonsils… gone. I used it during COVID in 2021 too. Thanks for sharing your “recipe”.

Thank you so much for this information! Winter is tough here in the Rockies, specifically because of the very low humidity. Even with a humidifier my nose stays raw which aids catching what others may be sick with. Now I have a solution 😃

This protocol works! Every family should have a desktop nebulizer.

Thank you! I have been searching for a way to stop my colds from becoming infections that last over a month and require antibiotics. I’m going to try this the next time.

Very good!. I have made up the 0.5% iodine nasal spray nurses use up to 8x a day when dealing with infected patients. Your method provides lung treatment as well.

Dr Henry Eley recommends that vitamin c be taken an hour away from nebulizing HP.

Thank You 😊 Emma, so much, for sharing this awesome information on Hydrogen Peroxide and using a nebulizer!! I have been interested in using this method of healing since I first learned about it, but after reading your post, it’s pushed me into action!! Thank you! 😊 I just ordered a “desktop nebulizer” (per your recommendation👍🏻) along with some sterile little saline solution premixed bottles to get started! My sincere Thanks to you for your generous sharing of this information and especially for your obvious kind ❤️heart!! 😊🙏🏻❤️

Dr Mercola has advice on how to dilute the peroxide., I start with 3% food grade peroxide 1/4 tsp then I make a homemade saline solution using distilled water and Redmonds real salt., then I take the peroxide and dilute it with 71/4 tsp of the saline., mix them together and then I use 1 tsp of this 2-3 times a day if I’m sick or if I’m around somebody whines coughing etc., I haven’t tried it using 50 l/50.. scared it’ll cause irritation,, this dilution seems to work without irritation., it can be found online at Dr Mercolas site ., I found it a few years ago to help treat Covid..

Dr Mercola's protocol is good too. Different clinicians have different approaches. I'm aligned with Dr Thomas Levy's who's an expert in oxidative therapies and explains all the science really well in his books. He actually prefers straight 3% HP, no dilution, but then recommends 50/50 (equal parts saline) as a fall back. You have to find what works for you. I'm totally fine with the 50/50 and find it a simpler protocol for people to follow than Dr Mercola's. Easy to remember. Don't need to make the solution in advance and keep it kicking around your fridge. Have the HP and saline bottles to hand in your health toolbox and just one spoon of each into the nebulizer and you're set. But whatever works for you as an individual is always best!

Yes that seems to work good for me without irritating my lungs or eyes. I also use it whenever I feel any kind of upper respiratory thing going on and it works great., what’s the name of Dr Levy’s book? I would like to read it myself . I know this therapy has helped be many times. It’s even helped my brothers chronic sinus infections., he hadn’t had to be on antibiotics for a long time because of that protocol .,

I bought tiny one shot saline solutions on two strengths. One is for my grandson’s frequent nose bleeds to get moisture in his nose. Are there small shots of food grade hydrogen peroxide out there?

Not that I'm aware of.

Reading this while doing a treatment. Don't forget two drops of iodine for an extra boost! Many thanks to Dr. David Brownstein who first made this known to me early in 2020.

Gonna try this!

I mix the HP with sodium bicarbonate, 2 drops of Lugol's iodine 5% and a pinch or two of Himalayan salt for nebulization.

I do a 50/50 HP to distilled water dilution.

Works quite well for me.

My wife uses saline for her contact lenses. Do you think that would be good to use? I’m going to try a nebulizer.

Expand full comment

I wouldn't recommend using contact lens saline. There may be preservatives or other adjustments made to the formula. It's going deep into your lungs. Best to use pharmaceutical grade sterile saline. Or you could make your own from distilled water and mineral salt (Dr Mercola has a recipe on his site).

Your intuition is correct. I looked at the bottle and there’s over a dozen different chemicals listed. Ordered plain sterile saline for now and may try making my own in the future. Thanks for the advice.
