Great recommendations! I’ve had good success with DMSO on my stiff lower back. I’ve also found regular yoga has greatly increased my neck & shoulder mobility. Also, I swear I’ve grown a bit taller! You’re so right about most docs cholesterol fixation. It used to be a reading of 300 was normal - until need to sell statins became the fix.

For pain control I’m using a yoga kriya ‘Overcoming pain’ from the Life-Force Academy’s Dharmic Warrior course. @Tesstamona introduced me to their courses and this kriya keeps me pain-free for the entire day.

For excess lymph fluid I’m using another kriya aiming at reducing that excess.

Both work wonders for me.
